Description

Soil Probe 4 ft fiberglass pole is an electric utility lineworker tool designed to locate buried utility lines, underground tanks, cables and other similar objects below the surface of the ground.

Part of Rauckman’s Hotline Tool line of products, Soil Probe’s 4′ long shaft is made of 5/8″ diameter non conductive fiberglass rod with a steel tip that is ideal for probing the earth.

The fiberglass of the probe and handles are constructed of 1.5″ diameter ASTM F-711 hotstick (same fiberglass material as other Rauckman Utility hotline tools).

Soil Probe Steel Tip

The Soil Probe 4 ft fiberglass tool has a handle that is 1-1/4″ in diameter and is 14″ long that provides a sturdy and stable handling. The handle is also equipped with long non slip vinyl grips.

The fiberglass probe and handle are constructed of ASTM F711 hotstick which is the same fiberglass material as other Rauckman Utility hotline tools).

Fiberglass Pole

The fiberglass pole of the probe and the handle are constructed of ASTM F-711 hotstick which is the same fiberglass material as other Rauckman Utility hotline tools) which is electrical grade fiberglass reinforced thermoset resins that surround a uni-cell foam core.
